Delivery.

Our delivery partner is An Post. We will try to post your order as soon as possible. If you are unavailable to take delivery the goods they will be sent to your nearest postal collection point
where you have 5 working days to collect the items. After this time the goods
will be returned to us.

Returns.

We really hope you are going to love your purchase.

However, if the items are unsuitable and providing they are full priced items you have
14 days to return them to us. The item you return must be exactly as you received it from us - unworn with all tags intact. Please be mindful of makeup when trying your garment on. 

Footwear purchases must be returned unworn and unmarked in the original box.

 If we are happy that the items are as stated, we will refund you through the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. You should allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Some banks make take a little longer. 

Cancellations.

Cancelled Orders

From time to time due to items being out of stock we may need to cancel items from your order. If this is the case we will contact you and refund your payment.

Refunds

We aim to refund your payment within 3-5 working days. Your refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive a confirmation via Text/ Email confirming this. If you have not received your refund into your account after more than 14 days please contact us.
